Don’t be put off by the first section of this review! I am merely trying to be honest and unbiased in my opinions.

The Penny Stock Prophet was formulated by a guy called James Connelly, who was a college student when he stumbled across the idea based on Psychological Support Levels (or PSL) and adapted it for selecting penny stocks. PSL is well known within trading circles and is accepted as a very solid indicator of mass human behaviour. It is being used in all manner of fields from PTSD to the care of seriously ill patients. In the trading arena PSL takes investor sentiment to a whole new level.

On his website Connelly reveals a number of profitable buy and sell stock trades that he made for his members in just 30 days. The gains vary from 9% profit right up to a huge 91% with 45% being the average return on the total of the trades.

Starting with an investment of $1000 Connelly claims to be able to show you how it’s possible to achieve seven figures in only 38 trades with his stock picking strategy.

Turning $1000 into $1,000,000 is totally feasable – countless people have done exactly that. However, do you honestly believe that at some point during the process you wouldn’t be tempted to use some of that money to take that long awaited holiday, buy that new car or pay off your credit cards and a few other debts?? – it’s quite simply human nature to do so.

Ok lets assume that you do have the willpower of an Ox and that you manage to take your trading bank up to $100,000 … Can you then really say that you wouldn’t pay off the mortgage or set the kids up for their college education or any number of other very good reasons to spend at least some of that money that you may have never had the likes of before? Additionally, going from zero to 38 trades and building that kind of return takes no account of the fear and greed (two of the main killers of trading success) you would experience when placing a trade of more than $800,000 after having made only 37 trades up to that point and thats assuming you have managed to negotiate the $100K to $500K barriers without incident.

So, is The Penny Stock Prophet a scam … or Not?

The stark fact is that no matter what kind of proof you see on a salespage it’s almost always unrealistic. If your expecting to achieve those kind of results I think you will be disappointed. HOWEVER! – Scam? most definitely NOT!!

Don’t you think getting an average of 45% return on your investment is good enough regardless of whether you make the 7 figures in 38 trades or not? $1.45 for every dollar you invest? $14.50 for every $10? $145 for every $100? etc.. etc.. I certainly do. Lets assume the original $1000 again as a starting bank and the 20% conservative return that Connelly uses. Thats $1200! and the cost of the membership is $97 for life! It has to be a no brainer.
